Write to [email protected] for anything about RecordHTML: support, higher limits, privacy requests and security reports all go to the same inbox, read by the person who builds the service.
We answer on working days, Central European Time. There is no phone line or chat.
Getting help with a recording
A few details let us find the problem without a back-and-forth:
- The recording ID: the last part of its address in My recordings, or the
idthe API returned. - The creative URL or ZIP, and what you expected the video to show.
- What happened instead: the error message, or a description of what looks wrong in the video.
Never send an API key, by email or otherwise. We will never ask for one. If a key was exposed, revoke it in API settings and create a new one.
Many questions are answered in the API reference, the MCP docs and the recording guides.
Higher limits and business use
RecordHTML is free while in beta, with the allowance shown on the pricing page. If you need longer recordings, more recordings per day or larger frames, email us with your account email and what you record; limits can be raised per account.
Privacy and data requests
To see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We reply within one month. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Security reports
If you find a security issue, email [email protected] with the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before you disclose it, and don't access other people's data while testing.
